The Women in Business Group in Tunbridge Wells is a vibrant community for women across Tunbridge Wells, West Kent, and nearby Sussex.
Our group comprises senior professionals, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and women from diverse industries. We welcome all businesswomen, whether you’re just starting or well-established, who are looking to grow through genuine connections.
At the heart of our network is a shared commitment to collaboration, mutual respect, and trust. Many of our members stay for years because of the strong relationships they’ve built and the value they receive from being part of such a supportive, inspiring community.
We meet monthly, and regular attendance is key to fostering meaningful connections and learning from one another’s experiences. Our approach to networking is about giving as much as receiving – showing up, contributing, and growing together.
This group is led by experienced WIBN team leaders who’ll help you make meaningful connections and get the most from your networking experience. If you’re curious, we warmly encourage you to attend a meeting and get a feel for the group before joining, to see if it’s the right fit for you.

12:00am – Welcome, Monthly News and any Apologise
12:20pm – Monthly 60 seconds per member and visitor
12:40pm – Business Topic (focus on one member’s business)
13:00pm – Lunch
13:25pm – Member Spotlight
13:45pm – Let’s Talk Business! Your chance to request 121’s, share testimonials, & pass business contacts
14:05pm – AOB, Wrap Up and more open networking
14:15pm – Close
