Do you offer refunds on listings?
Listings and promotion involve work on our side, so we do not usually offer refunds once your event has gone live and promotion has started. If you have a problem, please contact us and we will look at it on a case-by-case basis.

Do you work with organisers who run multiple events?
Yes. If you run regular events, our popular Unlimited Events package is often the best fit. It gives you ongoing visibility across the website, newsletter and social channels for a full year.
